Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vosscollective@outlook.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
